Dual Doctorate Program
ITeDa offers undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to engage in cutting-edge scientific projects in astrophysics, cosmology, applied sciences and engineering.
It also offers the opportunity to access the Dual Doctorate Program in Astrophysics and the Dual Doctorate Program in Applied Sciences and Engineering, offered at the Sábato Institute (CNEA-UNSAM) and the National University of San Martín (UNSAM), respectively, and co-supervised with the Karlsruher Institute for Technology (KIT) in Germany, allowing for doctoral degrees at both institutions.
The program is offered in two stages, one in Argentina and the other in Germany. The international nature of this program allows students to travel and connect with researchers from around the world, and their thesis must address one of the two projects ITeDA is developing: the Pierre Auger Observatory and the QUBIC Observatory.
The program is intended for individuals with undergraduate or graduate degrees in Physics, Engineering, Astronomy or related fields.
