Dual Doctorate Program
ITeDa offers undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to engage in cutting-edge scientific projects in astrophysics, cosmology, applied sciences and engineering.
It offers access to the Dual Degree Doctoral Program in Astrophysics, from the Sabato Institute (CNEA-UNSAM), and the Dual Degree Doctoral Program in Applied Sciences and Engineering, from the School of Science and Technology of UNSAM. Both doctoral programs are developed within the academic framework of the National University of San Martín (UNSAM) in co-tutorship with the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) of Germany, so the academic degree is awarded by both institutions.
The program is offered in two stages, one in Argentina and the other in Germany. The international nature of this program allows students to travel and connect with researchers from around the world, and their thesis must address one of the projects ITeDA is developing.
The program is intended for individuals with undergraduate or graduate degrees in Physics, Engineering, Astronomy or related fields.
